■ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE
A wide range of pressure settings is available through the use of the luck control system .the desired pressure is easily established by means of a “set screw”(a full 25 turns possible);
■MATOR NOT IN USE MATOR STOP MODE
When the water top is turned off,the indicator light is green,showing the controller is in the “motor stop”mode.the smooth transition to the”Stop Mode”is accomplished as the controller reduces the motor speed 10% in the first 20 seconds and then, in the next 15 seconds. The motor power is gradually reduced to zero.
■WATER IN USE
When water use is initiated ,the controller will start the motor at 82% of the pre –set pressure in order of boost/maintain the desired pressure.
■LEAKAGE DETECTION
The controller continuously monitors the incoming water pressure and ,if pressure is under 60% of the pre-set level (due to leaks),if will start the pump to compensate for the pressure drop.
■NO WATER AND LOST PRESSURE PROTECTION
When the motor is at full speed and cannot achieve at least 60% of the pre-set pressure,then there is either (a) no incoming water supply or (b) the impller has failed.the red indicator light illum inates and ,after 20 seconds ,the motor will auto matically stop. The source of the problem must be determined; turn off the electricity for 10 seconds and restart.
■CONSTANT PRESSURE
Regardless of the incoming water supply pressure the controller will assure the pre-set pressure is never exceeded.
